Warranty terms:
If any of the following situations occur, consumers cannot enjoy warranty benefits and will be charged reasonable fees for repairs:
1. Artificial damage; Unauthorized disassembly, repair of products, immersion in water, damage to products, failure to use, repair, and maintain products as required
2. Products that have exceeded the warranty period or cannot prove the production date.
3. Damage caused by other force majeure events.
Please send the product back to our company for repair. Our company will fix and send it back to the user within one week after receiving the package.
Warranty standards:
Based on purchase records or invoices, if there are any quality issues within seven days of receiving the goods, they will be replaced free of charge, and we will bear the round-trip shipping costs; Within 90 days of non-human damage, there will be no return postage or repair fees; Within 90 days to 1 year, users only need to pay for the return shipping fee. After the warranty machine is repaired, a certain amount of maintenance labor fee, material fee, and return shipping fee will be charged at the discretion.

If there is a malfunction during use, except for our company's technical personnel and the maintenance technicians at our designated repair points, please do not disassemble the machine for self repair, otherwise you will not be able to enjoy warranty services. COMMON PROBLEM Is the automatic shutdown function of the radio in use? Reason: 1. Automatic shutdown function is set, 2. Low battery level. Solution: 1. Update the battery or charge it, 2. Restart, 3. Cancel the automatic shutdown function. Is the sensitivity of the rod antenna receiving LW/MW/SW lower than usual? Reason: Check if the AMP antenna amplifier has been turned off. Solution: Turn on the antenna amplifier. Is indoor LW/MM rod antenna receiving more interference than magnetic rod receiving? Reason: The telescopic antenna has high efficiency and amplifies surrounding interference sources while receiving signals. Solution: It is recommended to use a magnetic rod for indoor reception, and a rod antenna is suitable for outdoor reception. Is the back temperature too high when the radio is turned on? Reason: The receiving chip is heating up during operation. Solution: This machine adopts high-performance chips, and the temperature is within the normal working range, so you can use it with confidence. Is there not much difference in reception between LW/MW after installing the antenna? Reason: LW/MW rod antenna setting is not turned on. Solution: Switch LW/MW rod antenna reception.
